Submitting an application or inquiry does not create a client relationship. A project begins only after scope, price, payment, timeline, responsibilities, and deliverables are confirmed.
Services are limited to the scope agreed for the project. The Website Hub includes one focused revision round plus reasonable minor cleanup before launch unless otherwise agreed. Additional pages, major redesigns, new features, advanced automations, custom tools, or work outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee.
Clients are responsible for providing requested information, account access, feedback, approvals, legally permitted content, and accurate business information in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials or approvals may affect the project timeline.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, domains, third-party subscriptions, payment processing fees, premium software, transaction fees, and outside services are the client’s responsibility.
Payment terms and any applicable refund or cancellation terms will be stated at checkout or in the project agreement. Because custom work may begin shortly after purchase, clients should review those terms carefully before paying.
Clients retain ownership of materials they provide. Ownership and permitted use of final website deliverables will be governed by the applicable project agreement. Whole Boss retains ownership of pre-existing methods, frameworks, templates, tools, processes, and other intellectual property not specifically transferred in writing.
Unless otherwise agreed, Whole Boss may request permission to display completed work in its portfolio, marketing, or case studies. Client confidential information will not be intentionally disclosed without permission.
Whole Boss does not guarantee any specific revenue, sales, leads, traffic, booking, search ranking, conversion rate, or business result.
